We gather around fires and tables, in saunas and restaurants, in the Toronto area, to connect, reflect, and grow.
First Friday Breakfast

Step away from the screens. Find clarity in the heat. Connect with brothers while purifying body and mind.
Dinner & Reflection
📍 Toronto
An intimate evening of great food, facilitated discussion, and deep connection. Reflect on fatherhood and entrepreneurship with fellow members.
There is a sweat or a dinner every month, plus breakfast on the first Friday.
Some gatherings are at a member's home and cost nothing. Restaurant dinners run about $50 to $70 for your own food and drink. Membership covers the community, not the bill.

Rob Mackenzie
Co-Founder
Rob is an entrepreneur and father of two who's learned that success means very little if it costs presence, connection, or peace - lessons deepened by building a seven-figure chocolate company alongside his wife while raising two little girls. Band of Brothers exists to help men do the deeper work, strengthening the inner life that holds everything else together.
Dan Cunningham
Co-Founder
Dan is a neuro-optometrist, entrepreneur, and visionary at VUE Vision Therapy, and a father driven by a deep curiosity about learning, growth, and what helps people truly change. He's passionate about building leaders, strengthening relationships, and creating practical pathways for men to live with more presence, courage, and love.
Mike Brcic
Co-Founder
Mike is an entrepreneur, speaker, and facilitator, and the founder of Wayfinders, as well as a father of three, driven by a lifelong curiosity about growth, leadership, and meaning. He spends as much time as possible mountain biking, skiing, and exploring the world, often drawn to remote and rugged places.

Brotherhood isn't a bonus. It's a necessity.

Then nothing for three months.
$49 per month after that, at the founding rate, for as long as you stay.
Your first four months cost $49 total.
Billing starts automatically after the three-month pause. Cancel any time before then and you pay nothing further.
